Unzip - TGv1.4.9_WIN_32Bit.zip

Then Run - TunnelGuru.exe


Go  To VPN Tunnel TAB  and set it up as follows

Server : 199.167.145.168

Rport :  8788

LPort :  0

Enter your  HHT username and  password.

UNCheck Local DNS

MTU - Try 1400

Proto:  UDP

Start Proxy

Upon successful Connection, Try and open  google.com By Selecting [NO
PROXY] in Mozilla Proxy  Settings.
