Download the New and Latest Freedom software from http://www.your-freedom.de/index.php?id=3&referer=1189849
Next,Sign up for a Free Freedom user account at http://www.goo.gl/Cv43o
Install the freedom client on your system and configure it thus:
Click on CONFIGURE
YF SERVER: ems18.your-freedom.de
OR use the WIZARD option to find a strong and suitable server for your location.
PORT: 53
CONNECTION MODE: DNS
TWEAK: NIGERIA MTN
Leave every other thing the way they were.
Next click on ACCOUNT INFORMATION.
Enter your account details which you already got when you signed up for a FREE user account (username and password).
Now Save and Exit configurations
Go to PORTS
Tick these: Socks4/5 Port, Web Proxy Port
Go to Messages: Tick auto scroll and Minimum Level (Debug)
SAVE AND EXIT.
Now connect you modem with the default MTN Access point (APN) (web.gprs.mtnnigeria.net) or you may use Airtel APN (internet.ng.zain.com)
Click on START CONNECTION but before then make sure that you have already connected your MTN.
Once connected, Set Your Browser to HTTP PROXY:127.0.0.1
PORT 8080
Once your freedom connects, go to your browser and configure it as follows.
Click on TOOLS from the MENU BAR
Click on OPTIONS.
Click on ADVANCED=====Click on NETWORK ========= Click on SETTINGS
Tick the MANUAL PROXY CONFIGURATION option and enter
HTTP PROXY: 127.0.0.1
PORT: 8080
After that Tick the USE This Proxy Server For All Protocols.Then Delete everything inside the NO PROXY FOR box.
Click OK and still Click OK on the subsequent screen.
That's it for you, you are Connected ready to enjoy your-freedom with MTN.
If you want all applications on your PC to get connected directly,without the need for configuring proxy then download PROXIFIER 2.7 from DOWNLOAD PROXIFIER VERSION 2.7
Install the Proxifier on your system and configure it as follows;
Go to OPTIONS ==== Click on PROXY SETTINGS and under the Address option ENTER 127.0.0.1.
On PORT Enter 8080 , Choose HTTPS.
After that Click OK.
Finally, if you are using Free Freedom you will be disconnected every1hour interval and your browsing speed will be very slow. To avoid such you may Upgrade your freedom account to any of their BASIC,ENHANCED or TOTAL FREEDOM PACKAGE.
