CAF Confederation Cup 2018/2019 Play-Off Round Fixtures

The draw for the play off round of the 2018/2019 CAF Confederation cup play-off round was held on 28 December 2018, at the Nile Ritz-Carlton in Cairo, Egypt.

The winners of the Confederation Cup first round were drawn against the losers of the Champions League first round. The teams that lost from the Champions League first round will be hosting the first leg.

The  CAF Confederation Cup 2018/2019 Play-Off Round is to be decided over two-leg on home and away basis,between the 13th of January to 20th of January 2019.

The 15 winners of the play-off round advance to the group stage to join Étoile du Sahel, who advanced directly to the group stage as the winners of the first round with the best CAF 5-Year Ranking.

Draw For The Group Stage Of CAF Confederation Cup 2018 - 2019 Season

The draw for the group stage will be held on 21 January 2019 at the CAF headquarters in Cairo, Egypt, after the completion of the play off round.

The 15 winners of the play off round will be drawn into four groups of four, including the highest ranked team qualified from the first round, Étoile du Sahel.
