UEFA Champions League 2021/2022 Quarter Final Draw

The UEFA champions league quarter final draw for the 2021/2022 season held on friday 18th March 2022, at the House of European Football in Nyon, Switzerland. The draw has been concluded and here comes the results of the draw.

The 8 winners that emerged from the round of 16 featured in the draws are as follows;

The football clubs lined up to feature in the 2021/22 UEFA Champions League quarter-finals are 3 football clubs from England, 3 football clubs from Spain, 1 club from Germany and 1 from Portugal.

The UEFA Champions League 2021/2022 Quarter Final has been scheduled to take place on the 5th and 6th of April for the first legs, while the second legs is to be played on the 12th and 13th of April 2022.

The Winner between Benfica and Liverpool, over two legs (Home and Away), will face the winner between Villareal and Bayern Munich, over two legs (Home and Away), in the Semi final.

On the other hand, the winner over two legs (Home and Away) between Chelsea and Real Madrid will square up against  the winner from Manchester city and Athletico Madrid quarter-final fitures.

The UEFA Champions League Semi Final for the 2021/2022 season will take place on the 

26th and 27th of  April, 2022; First legs

3rd  and 4th of  May, 2022; Second legs

The UEFA Champions League Final for the 2021/2022  will be played on Saturday, the 28th of May, 2022 at the Stade de France in Saint-Denis, located just north of Paris. 

The decision to hold the final at  Stade de France in Saint-Denis comes after UEFA called an extraordinary meeting of the Executive Committee, where it was expected to officially pull the match out of Russia following the Russian invasion of Ukraine on 24 February. In February 2022, UEFA confirmed they would consider removing Saint Petersburg as the host of the final due to the ongoing Russo-Ukrainian crisis.
